Android 2.2 Update Coming Soon!

The HTC EVO is the newest android phone to be released until Motorolla releases the Droid X sometime in August. Well, with new phones comes new updates. The Palm Pre's first update was relatively quick, and just one month after the EVO is released there is already works for a new droid update.
The Android 2.2 update is said to be ready for download in late July, which is one month before the Droid X is to be released (without the update).
Android 2.2 will include several upgrades to include:
* Updates to user interface
* Improved EAS Support
* Improved browser performance (to include Flash 10x Support)
* Voice dialing over Bluetooth
* Application storage on external memory
There are two android phones that will not have the update, which include the HTC Hero and the Samsung Moment. Any future devices that are released with 2.1 will be able to update to the 2.2 upgrade.
