Ok, so this one just threw me by surprise... This is the ugliest guitar I've ever seen. I mean I'm not that into guitars, and I certainly don't know how to play one, but the Bigfoot Guitar just looks gross. And, I'm sorry if I offend anyone here...
Basically, the Bigfoot Guitar was created by George Marlin for the Miami Beach Guitar Festival. The three day festival wast in April of 2008, and attracted tons of guitar makers, musicians, and guitar collectors from around the United States.
According to the National Association of Music Merchandisers, more there are more than 30 million active guitar players in American, that account for more than $1.5 billion in guitar sales each year.
The George Marlin, Bigfoot Guitar is a 10 foot guitar that is rather difficult to hold and successfully play. The sound box is in the foot of the guitar, literally, but one can assume that the guitar doesn't sound like a regular electric or acoustic guitar.
The main thing that the Bigfoot Guitar has going for it, is its unique appearance, but personally, I'm not sure it even has that.
