Ok, I saw this and it was pretty interesting. I've seen a few many e-readers; I mean, I'm sure we've all seen or at least heard about the Kindle, but anyway... This FirstPaper e-reader is a colorful and bright electronic reader created from Media giant Hearst Corp.
The FirstPaper is rumored to be based inLinux, and it should be a big competitor for the Sony Reader, Amazon Kindle, and the Ectaco Jetbook. Although, time will tell how popular the touchscreen, flexible e-reader really will become, it definitely has high hopes in the gadget world.
I'm sure that the price of the e-reader will be a big factor on how popular it actually becomes, but in reality who wouldn't want an electronic newspaper that is just as flexible (or at least nearly as flexible) as a real piece of paper.
The problem is will the wireless capabilities and technology work well enough so that the flexible touch screen electronic read work properly and efficiently? Again, only time will tell, but the FirstPaper will hopefully turn pages by just touching the screen without any extra bugs.
