Are GPS Navigation Devices Worth It?

This is the big questions among so many people who are thinking about purchasing a GPS navigation device. I mean, they're typically around $200 to $300, give or take a few bucks here and there. So before you spend the cash, you want to make sure that the expense is going to be worth it for you.
The main reason for the GPS navigation systems are for maps and directions, so you need to decide if you're going to actually need help with directions. Many delivery drivers use GPS devices, same with many business people who travel, a lot. These devices are actually pretty common with soccer mom's as they tend to have to drive around town a good bit taking this child here and that child there.

There are actually many programs that you can purchase for smart phones, but it's so much easier for you, as the car devices speak so that you don't have to look at the screen...
