Although many people prefer cold tea with a meal, there are so many others who like hot tea. Now, there are many different types of tea that one can make, but generally you'll find that they all need a tea bag to some degree.
Well, when making hot tea, it can be a pain to dip the teabag in the hot water until the tea is just right, so what you need to do is set a timer for how long you want the teabag in the hot water before removing it.
Sounds simple, but what's more fun is to have a cute penguin to hold your teabag in your cup while the timer is running. This way you won't lose the string attached to the teabag, and the penguin water will hold your teabag from falling in your cup.
You don't even need a separate timer. There is one attached to the penguin. You can set the timer between 1 and 20 minutes. When you set the timer dial, the beak lowers the tea bag into the cup, and once the time is up, the penguin raises the beak, taking the tea bag out of the water.
You never have to worry about leaving your tea bag in the water too long or not long enough.
