Raon Everun Note Mini-PC
The Raon Everun Note Mini PC is the first dual-core mini-PC with it's 7 inch screen and 1 GIG of RAM. The Raon Everrun is actually thicker than most other mini laptops, but it's not as wide. The Roan Everun is just over 1 inch thick and just under 8 inches wide. The Raon mini laptop also weighs a half a pound less than most other mini laptops. So, with the Raon Everrun, you'll definitely get your mini laptop, but it is incredibly small.
The Raon Everun mini laptop does have a touchscreen, but the icons are very small and hard to touch with your finger without hitting other icons on the screen. And, unfortunately you can't resize anything on the laptop. It is what it is so to speak.
With the touchscreen of the Raon Everun, you'll get a pretty rainbow, across the screen as you try to double click or scrol, which isn't supposed to happen with touch screen computers.
You'll probably find it easier to just use the mouse and keyboard instead of fusing with the touchscreen. Although, you will find that the keys on the keyboard are in a weird placement and pretty small, making them hard to use. You'll also find that the mouse is hard to use because it is so small.
But, as for the actual mini laptop, it has an AMD dual-core processor and ATI graphics.
The overall machine is relatively quick- to include the internet, basic productivitiy, and some graphic heavey games. So, if all else fails, the Raon Everun Note Mini-PC is probably the fastest mini laptop on the market, but remember with the convience of portability, you are losing usability and even price. The Raon Everun is marketed at $660.
If you already have a Raon Everun mini Note and you are experiencing high-pitched fan noises, blue screen phenomenon, CPU overheating, inaccurately displayed battery levels, and errors relating to pre-installed e-dictionary and/or PDA authentication, you'll want to return your Raon Everun Note becuase there has been a recall due to a handful of system failures. Defective Raon Everun Notes will either be replaced or repaired.
