So, if you thought that the shoes with turbines to charge your iPod and potentially your cell phone looked goofy, try these out for size. There are so many Japanese companies has created a nifty goggles that more than likely no other company, much less person, has ever thought of. I thought they were good with the shoes, but nope...
Pyocotan, the Japanese company with the new innovative gadget that is to be worn on long journies, when you're on the local bus or train, or just when you're traveling. The Noriko-san Goggles have an electronic sign which lets other passengers on the bus or train with you know where you are going and exactly what stop you are getting off at.
This is to prevent you from missing your stop if you happen to doze off while traveling. In theory, if you are to doze off, the other passengers will nudge you to wake you up, alerting you that your stop is coming up. But, will they actually work? Will people actually wake you up? Will they even notice the goggles?
But, in addition to alerting other passengers where you're going, they will also create a peaceful condition allowing you to sleep comfortably.
In theory, the goggles really sound like they could work, but it reality will people actually follow through?
And, would you wear them? They're kind of goofy looking if you ask me.
