If you've ever lost a pet because it slipped out of the house or it jumped the fence, you know how hard it can be to post all the 'Lost Dog' fliers and never get a good response. I've been there, and I certainly don't want to have to deal with losing a pet that way again. The Snooper Pet Tracker GPS system is a small tag that will help prevent the late night drives trying to find your lost dog.
For $279 USD, you will never have to worry about finding your dog on your next camping trip or his next escape. The Snooper GPS can track your pet for up to 2.5 meters, or 8 feet. Now, although 8 feet may not be much, it's perfect for vacations.
The Snooper Pet Tracker is run off of a built-in rechargeable battery, which will provide up to 15 hours of monitoring when fully charged. The small chip just attaches to your dog's collar, and because it's smaller than most pet GPS systems, it's is less noticeable.
The product uses a combination of GPS, GPRS, and GSM technology, which allows you to find your dog from your phone, as long as you have the maps pre-installed, which is a great feature because you won't have to carry your laptop around in the car with you. You can even call the Snooper Pet Tracker from your phone, and it will return the coordinates of its position via a text message.
The best part is that there are no monthly fees associated with this pet tracking device, which is unlikely most of the others.
