iPod Speaker Sound Docks

Anyone with an iPod needs a sound dock. You can find portable sound docks, wall-mounts, and other designs. You can find them in white or black, typically, so that you can match the sound dock with your home decor. These things are neat.


Basically, you sit your iPod into the sound dock, and turn it on. Most of the sound docks dual as a charger for your iPod. Most of them also come with remote controls so that you can change the volume or folder as you wish without having to move from your position across the room.

These are a great addition to pack on a camping trip or picnic, given that you're sound dock is portable and has the ability to run off batteries, which there are actually several that do.

The Top 5 iPod Docks & Sound Systems include the Mirage OmniVibe, Athena iVoice, Bose SoundDock Portable, Eton Sound 50 and the Dreamgear Dgipod-357. Each of these minus the Bose Sounddock Poratble are under $100.

The Top 3 Digital Music System include the Bose SoundDock, Altec Lansing inMotion iM7, and the Altec Lansing inMotion iM600. These are priced from $100 to $200, the Bose music system being the more expensive of the three.


So as you can see you don't have to spend a fortune to get a good, top of the line, speaker for your iPod. There are a number of cheap iPod sound docks that you can choose from.
