When will Sprint get a new BlackBerry?

It seems like everyone is getting new BlackBerry phones except Sprint, and that sucks because I have Sprint. Well, I found out the reason why... Or at least what I'd like to believe the reason.

Basically, it seems that because Verizon and the other cell phone companies are willing to pay for the Broadcom patent infringement that is needed to use in the chipset of the existing Blackberry form, they get the new Blackberry phones.

Sprint is waiting for the re-engineering effort to take place so that they don't have to pay the Broadcom fee that's currently added to the price of the new phone releases, so it'll be a little later before Sprint gets any of the new phones.


So, if you're like me and are itching to get a hold of a new Blackberry, you can either sit still for now and wait, or switch services. Personally, I'd rather just sit still.
