Many people get easily stressed with the economy, home, work, school, family, etc, but we generally don't realize how damaging a stressful life can be with long-term stress. You're at higher risk of heart attack, and if you can prevent it, you want to find some method to keep yoru stress down.
The StressWatch is intended to show you how the stress in your daily life impacts your health. Like a regular watch, you wear it on your wrist, and it monitors your heart rate and body temperature. The measurements are taken from the lower part of the watch's band and are displayed on the face.
The data is shown by recognizable patterns, colors, and a bar chart across the top of the watch. It's then translated into relaxing guidelines. For example, if the display shows sprinted waves in warm colors and the stress bars are full, you'll want to use a de-stress plan and go to your happy place until your stress has lowered.
As your stress levels alter, you'll be able to see the change in the graphic chart.
You'll still have to find your own methods of de-stressing yourself, but at least with a monitor, you'll know when it's time to implement those plans.
