Toshiba Qosmio X305 Gaming Laptop
I've always been a big fan of the Toshiba laptops, and now they've stuffed their Qosmio with dual Nvidia SLI video cards, an intel dual core processor, 4 GIGs of RAM, and a set of Harmon Kardon speakers. Toshiba has created one of the ultimate gaming laptops on the market, if you ask me.
The airflow for the laptop is pretty steady because of the huge exhause on the back of the laptop, and you'll find that the overall laptop is lighter than many other gaming laptops on the market, weighing just at 9 pounds.
The red paint job on the outter core of the laptop, is a little to taste, but in a way it's pretty groovy if you ask me. I mean it will be all on personal taste for this one, but if all else fails you can always purchase a skin for the laptop.
The trackpad is pretty thick and the keyboard is embedded far into the laptop, so you may cramp your wrist on long-term gaming sprees. And, you'll find that one of your wrists will constantly cover one of the speakers. But, the click of the keys, the lights, and the overall red interior are pretty cool features on the Toshiba Qosmio.
The Qosmio has three video cards, which will definitely help your overall, long term gaming experience. Two fo the video cards are the 9800M GTS and the third is a 9400M Integrated GPU. These three video cards are on the motherboard, to which Toshiba calls the "Hybrid SLI."
THe laptop has pretty good batter ylife since you can switch from the integrated graphics to the SLI.
You can find the Toshiba Qosmia Gaming Laptop marketed at $2,000, but it's a whopping $4,200 if you upgrade to the 128G solide State Drive.
